The GEA Organizing team has planned the next GEA member collective action.  The goal:  EDUCATE OUR STUDENTS' PARENTS.

There will be a "Before School Informational Picket" planned for either Wednesday, June 2, or Thursday, June 3, depending on what day of action best fits the local school site's schedule (Staff Development or collaboration days may help to determine which day is better).

Red T-shirts should be worn on the selected day -- and the local GEA Reps and Organizing Team Members will work with the school's GEA members to determine which day is best for contacting the most parents.

Media will be contacted -- New GEA fliers will be distributed -- participation is very important now!

Thank you in advance for supporting your colleagues in collective action to educate our students' parents and to reach a fair contract settlement.
